Are these physical products?
Yes. These are finished physical products, not digital downloads or flat image prints. Materials, dimensions, and included components are listed with each design.
How are your products made?
We design our products in our studio and use 3D printing to manufacture them. Each piece is assembled and finished as its design requires.
When will my order ship?
The current collection is made to order and dispatched in 3–5 business days. Carrier transit time is additional. Check the product page for its dispatch information.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?
We ship within the United States from St. Petersburg, Florida. Standard shipping is free on orders of $89 or more after discounts and before tax—no code needed. Shipping for smaller orders and any faster services is calculated at checkout for your items and address.
What should I do if something arrives damaged?
Contact the studio using our Contact page and include your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the artwork and packaging so we can help investigate and arrange the next steps.
