OffsetDesignWorks Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Many OffsetDesignWorks pieces are made to order. Return eligibility depends on whether your item is a standard design or customized specifically for you.

Returns

You may request a return of a standard, non-personalized item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

To request a return, use our contact form. Include your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Custom and personalized items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-your-specification pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

A standard design is not considered personalized solely because it is made after you place your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Because many pieces are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds

Approved return refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
