These terms apply to your use of OffsetDesignWorks.com and purchases made directly through our website. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.

Our products

OffsetDesignWorks sells finished physical artwork and design objects. Product pages describe each item’s dimensions, materials, included components, price, and production time. Decorative maps are artwork and must not be used for navigation.

Natural wood grain, color, and small finishing details may vary between pieces. Lighting and screen settings can also affect appearance. These variations do not excuse an item that is defective, materially different from its description, or missing an included component.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Product prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before payment.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover a material listing or pricing error after an order, we will contact you. We will not charge a higher price or substitute another item without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will cancel the affected items and refund the amounts due.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping Policy explains production times, delivery, and shipping charges.

Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, cancellations, damaged items, and refunds.

The policies in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase. Later updates will not retroactively reduce your rights for an existing order.

Website use

Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout or contact forms, or interfere with the website’s operation.

Designs and content

Rights in original product designs, photographs, branding, and written content remain with their respective owners. Buying a physical item does not transfer rights to reproduce its design or distribute our digital content. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit our website, contact us, or make a purchase.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future website use and orders. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
