Shipping & delivery
Our current collection is designed and made to order in St. Petersburg, Florida. Here is what to expect when ordering from OffsetDesignWorks.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Available services for your delivery address are shown during checkout before payment.
When your order ships
Current catalog pieces are made to order and dispatched in 1–3 business days. Any different dispatch time for a particular design will be stated on its product page.
Dispatch time is the time needed to prepare your piece and hand it to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten the production time.
Individually packaged artwork
Each framed piece is packed and shipped in its own box. Orders containing more than one framed piece will arrive in separate parcels, which may be delivered at different times.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout for your order and delivery address. Review the available services and shipping charge before paying. We do not use a single flat shipping charge for every destination.
Delivery dates and address corrections
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact the studio before ordering.
Please check your delivery address carefully. Contact us promptly with your order number if it needs to change; an address change cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.
Need help with a delivery?
For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, send us your order number and a description of the issue. Keep the artwork and packaging, where available, and take photos if possible so we can help investigate.
Contact the studio and select Shipping question or Order support. Do not include payment-card details or passwords.
