Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. Because many OffsetDesignWorks pieces are made to order, return eligibility depends on whether the item is standard or customized.

Returns

For non-personalized items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us before sending anything back. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom and personalized items

Custom, personalized, and made-to-your-specification pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Because many pieces are made to order, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time after approval can vary by payment provider.
