Our current collection is designed and made to order in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping services for your delivery address are displayed at checkout before payment.

Production and dispatch

Current catalog pieces are made to order and dispatched within 1–3 business days. If a particular design has a different dispatch time, it will be stated on its product page.

Dispatch time covers preparing your artwork and handing it to the carrier. Carrier transit time is additional. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Please review the available services and total shipping charge before paying.

Packaging and multiple-item orders

Each framed piece is individually packaged and shipped in its own box. Orders containing multiple framed pieces will arrive in separate parcels, which may be delivered at different times.

Delivery estimates

Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If you need an item for a particular date, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Contact us promptly with your order number if an address needs to change. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

Delayed, missing, or damaged deliveries

If your delivery is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Keep the artwork and packaging where available, and provide photographs of any damage so we can help investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.
